Anatoli Rozhenkov was born in 1925.

He went to study at Moscow Art Institute/Surikov Institute 1946-52.

Began exhibiting 1952.
Important shows include "All-Union Art Exhibition", Moscow, 1955; "Soviet Russia", Moscow, 1960.

Specialised in genre painting. Member of the Union of Artists since 1955.

His painting can be found in most important Russian museums including the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow and private collections worldwide. Was active in the Stavropol area.
