Elena Shmatko (born 1969 in Kiev) lives and works in Moscow.

Graduated from T.G.Shevchenko Republican Arts School in 1986; graduated from Kiev State Arts Academy(graphic design studio) in 1995. Her teachers: M.Gleyzer, V.Zaretskiy Since 1995 shehas been a member of the International Federation of Artists

In 1997 she graduatedfrom Studio of Advertising Art of the Russian Association of Advertising Agencies andthe Guild of Film Directors of Russian television.

Now works as a free-lance artist(painting, graphics, design).
